Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and subject to availability of stocks. In general, it will take 10 to 20 days to ship an item marked "Not available" or not in stock at the time of preparation of the order. We will send an email to inform you of the deferred order.


All shipments are packaged carefully to ensure the protection of  the content during transport.


Delivery times begin when the order is received by the carrier. Conditions beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc..) can cause additional delays, for which we can not be held liable.

 

Shipping

- Canada

Shipping made by Canada Post with a delivery time depending on delivery method chosen by the customer, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping fees vary depending on method chosen, the destination address, as well as weight and dimensions of the package.
No deliveries will be made ​​in a Post Office Box

 

- International

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping fees are charged to the client and the shipment is made ​​by Canada Post.  Upon receipt of the package, the customer must pay the customs duties, customs clearance charges and other sales taxes of the destination country (if applicable).

 

Tracking a parcel

Onceyour order is shipped, we will confirm the shipment by email with a tracking number.  You can at any time track your package by visiting www.canadapost.ca.


For international shipments, a tracking number will be available only if you choose the delivery option Xpress Post.

 

Sales tax and custom duties

When concluding your transaction, orders shipped in Canada include all applicable federal and provincial sales taxes depending on your province.

 

International


We do not charge Canadian sales taxes on orders shipped to destinations in the United States and other countries.  

Customs duties and taxes of your country may still apply when your order arrives at its destination.  If applicable, you may receive an invoice which you are responsible. For more information on customs policies of your country, please contact your local customs office.
Gagné en Santé is not responsible for taxes and customs duties charged by your country.

 

Unclaimed parcels

Unclaimed parcels or parcels for which delivery could not be completed are returned to us by the carriers. We will contact you if this happens with your order.

 

Shipping Error

If a product does not match your order as a result of an error by Gagné en Santé, you must notify us immediately at achat@1spa.com and return items as soon as possible so that the order can be rectified. Return the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number provided by our sales services. Gagné en Santé will then be responsible for all shipping costs (return and reshipping of the right product) as a result of the error.

 

Return and refund policy

There is nopossible return on open products (unsealed). If a product is truly defective, it will be checked and replaced at no charge.

- Condition of the goods

All returned items mustbe in the state in which it was shipped, in resalable condition. All products must be in original packaging with their labels still in place, if applicable.  Gagné en Santé reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in a resalable condition.

- Time, packaging and return shipping

Canada and International: From the date of receipt, you have 10 days to contact us at achat@1spa.com and request a return authorization number for an item you wish to return.


- Transportation costs of the returned item will be your responsibility.


- The article should be carefully packaged in an appropriate shipping box, protected from impact and crushing caused by the weight of mail.


- Parcel will be shipped by common carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, La Poste or other) with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the article.


The refund of your article will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving your package. You will be notified by email, but the transaction could appear two or three days later on your credit card statement.

 

-Supporting documents

In order to processyour refund, the returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number. It is strongly recommended to indicate the return authorization number on the package.

       -Method ofrefund or exchange

Following receipt of your parcel and verification of the state of its contents, we will exchange or refund your purchase, Canadian sales taxes included, if applicable. Please note that according to the shipping method used for the return, allow up to three weeks for the receipt and verification of the package.

 

-Refund payment

-We will notify you by email of the amount refunded to your credit card.


- Please note that banking transactions can take two to three days before being placed on your account.


- The shipping costs for delivery of the order and its return to our office are not refundable.


- Customers outside of Canada will also assume the taxes and customs duties charged for the return of the order in Canada.

Order modification and cancellation

If you need tomake changes to an order you've just placed, please contact customer service by email at achat@1spa.com indicating your order number and any changes you wish to make. Please note that order processing can take place immediately upon receipt. It may therefore be impossible to change your initial order.

Damaged Items


Before yousend your damaged item, please contact us at achat@1spa.com to provide us with details andpictures of the damaged item. This will help us determine the nature of the problem and determine the next steps to take.
 

 

Warranty and after sales service

  • Warranty

The diffuserssold by Gagné en Santé are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Normal wear or damage caused by inappropriate usage can not be claimed under the warranty.

  • After sales service
    • Product under warranty

We will quickly repair or replace any product under warranty. Shipping fees from the customer to Gagné en Santé must be paid by the customer. The repaired (or replacement) product will be sent free of charge within Canada, through regular parcel post (with tracking number and proof of delivery). Shipping fees will be charged to the customer if faster delivery is required or if destination is outside Canada.
A copy of the invoice MUST be provided as proof of the date of purchase.

  • Product whose warranty has expired

We offer a repair service for products whose warranty has expired but the repair as well as all shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Before sending us the damage product please contact us info@1spa.comwith a description of the problem and even photographs if possible. This will help us understand the nature of the problem and determine if it can be repaired.
