Unclaimed packages

All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us.

Do you ship worldwide? Who pays for duty fees?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. However, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

International customers from outside of Canada will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. If you refuse the items at time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added.

Are prices listed in US or Canadian dollars?

Prices for all products on are listed in Canadian dollars.

Are online transactions secure?

Credit card payments are completely secure. The entire transaction is sent in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layers) mode, which makes the transaction highly secure. The moment you visit a secure page, your browser will post a message indicating that the document you have requested is secure, and informing you that the information you transmit through that page will be encrypted to guarantee its confidentiality. The page address will begin with "https."

During transactions, information such as your credit card number and its expiry date will be transmitted to our banking affiliate through SSL for approval purposes. None of the information pertaining to your credit card will be saved on the server.

What is the alloted time of delivery?

Delivery will be made as as soon as your order is approved by using the method of delivery selected on our website. The cost and time of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the method of delivery, as well as product availability. Delivery time is calculated upon departure of the product from the WareHouse. We will contact you with the delivery time and tracking number of your order once it has been shipped out.

Who is eligible for FREE shipping?

If the total amount of your purchases is $75 (CAN) before taxes are added on, then you are eligible for FREE shipping on your entire order. If your order is under $75 before taxes, you will be charged a shipping fee.

The FREE shipping offer for any orders that exceed $100 (CAN) applies to Canada only. Extra shipping charges may apply to other countries, depending on the size and weight of the order. We will contact you with the exact shipping cost.

What are the methods of payment available on your web site?

At this time, we only accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) for online transactions. You can also contact us by phone to complete your order.
